They are CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, media blasted, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 14mm ID so factory injectors are permitted. The fuel rail is equipped with features to accept the OEM fuel injector clips (shown below).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB. Fittings ARE NOT included with the fuel rail and must be purchased separately.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAppropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. Upgrade rails only upgrade the rail and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper \u0026amp; lower O-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles. Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThis fuel rail is an upgrade rail.
